Bookings Now Open
Group Bookings
This is for all Guide & Ranger Groups to create their bookings for Unity 2026 including international groups.
Each group will need to nominate a “Booking Lead” who will be able to view the status of their group booking including health form completions, payment information and much more. We have created useful guides for how to use the booking system both for the booking lead as well as for parents. The booking system for Unity 2026 is being provided by Scouts Forms (same owner as Scouts EMS from Unity 2022).

Staff & Service Team Bookings
This is for Staff and Service Team Members to create their bookings for Unity 2026 including international volunteers. The booking system for Unity 2026 is being provided by Scouts Forms (same owner as Scouts EMS from Unity 2022).
As part of your booking you will be asked for the team you would like to volunteer with. If you would like to see more information about roles available, please visit our staff page.

Unity in a Day
The bookings for Unity in a Day will be opening late 2025/early 2026. To be the first to find out more about Unity in a Day as the plan develop then register your interest:

Please note that an invoice will not be generated for each of these payment deadlines. A full invoice will be available on the Scout Forms system once bookings have closed.
