Group Bookings
Bookings for Groups has now closed. If you have already booked your unit on to Unity 2026 you can log back in to ScoutsForms here:
Staff & Service Team Bookings
This is for Staff and Service Team Members to create their bookings for Unity 2026 including international volunteers. The booking system for Unity 2026 is being provided by Scouts Forms (same owner as Scouts EMS from Unity 2022).
As part of your booking you will be asked for the team you would like to volunteer with. If you would like to see more information about roles available, please visit our staff page.

Unity in a Day
The bookings for Unity in a Day will be opening 1st March 2026. To be the first to find out more about Unity in a Day as the plan develop then register your interest:
